Omega 3 Active is a natural product that contains an ultra high concentrate of pure EPA/DHA. These essential fatty acids (EPA/DHA) are the active ingredients found in both fish and krill oil. Currently, many existing first generation Omega 3 products contain very little active EPA/DHA. In fact, to achieve research based active EPA/DHA dosing, often, 10 or more softgels are needed. Last summer I started taking Omega 3 Active after a friend recommended it. At the time my skin wouldn't stop breaking out. My Dr. wanted to put me on meds. After a month on Omega 3 my skin began to clear up. I haven't broken out since. I use it everyday.

I don't like the smell or taste of seafood.
Omega 3 Active is an easy way to get the healthy fats I need. Zero fishy after-taste. I take six a day and give my dog 3 as a treat.
